I have worked with companies ranging from independent organizations to multi-national corporations. I work in all areas of the OMD software in both the original character version and the new Vision version. I am an OMD client and keep current with the software enhancements and upgrades. I currently have both systems available on an individual server for assisting clients, testing, and documentation. I provide several avenues for training including but not limited to, on site, GoToMeeting, Net Meeting, Citrix VPN and pcAnywhere. I also use these and similar tools from performing after hours care for clients, such as file rebuilds, financial balancing, problem identification and resolution, purging, merging and archiving.
